Policies

General Policies

  • Classes require a minimum of 3 clients to run. If a class drops too low due to absences, Nicole will reach out to try to move remaining clients to another class. If the class drops too low on a regular basis, M Pilates and Yoga NJ reserves the right to cancel the class and we will work with clients to reschedule.

  • Clients cannot be booked without active sessions on their account. This includes their regular class(es). If there are no sessions on their account, someone else may get booked in their space until they renew.

  • Apparatus classes are all scheduled through Nicole. Nicole will book clients in their regular class(es) each week. 

  • We require 24 hours notice for group apparatus cancellations otherwise the session will be considered a 'late cancel' and the session forfeited. Nicole can be reached at info@mpilatesandyoganj.com for anything regarding scheduling (cancellation, adding a class, etc...)

  • We require 12 hours notice for private session cancellations otherwise the session will be considered a 'late cancel' and the session forfeited. Please stay in contact with your instructor about any scheduling regarding private sessions.

  • Saturday classes will be booked through MindBody or Nicole.

  • Pop-Up classes will be booked through MindBody or Nicole.

  • Clients are to arrive on-time for classes and turn phones to silent.

  • Clients should be receiving confirmation e-mails for classes they are booked in as well as for when their package is getting low. If you are not receiving these e-mails, please let us know.

  • Questions regarding your classes, pricing, your package, or anything else may be directed to Nicole at info@mpilatesandyoganj.com.

  • Packages are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expiration dates can only be extended for medical reasons.

  • Clients will be required to wear socks during classes. Socks with grips are preferred for safety.

  • Corkboard in the lobby will be updated monthly with pop-up class schedule, events, and news.

  • The weekly e-mail list is for clients with unpredictable work schedule, lack of child-care, etc… as a way to help them get into classes in the time they are available. If you have any questions about this weekly e-mail, they can be directed to Nicole at info@mpilatesandyoganj.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Pilates group apparatus and rebound classes must be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hrs. notice. Yoga classes must be cancelled with a minimum of 12 hrs. notice.

  •  A late cancellation results in forfeiting the class.

  • Please note: Packages are non-transferable, non-refundable and expiration dates can only be extended for medical reasons. Prices are subject to change.

  • Options to cancel:
